OUR ATTITUDE TO INSTRUCTIONS

Most instructions can be divided into two broad categories:

1. Those that require immediate; Urgent and Hostile Action (for instance the Arrest of Sea-going Vessels. Freezing of Assets within Jurisdictions and Intellectual Property Litigation.
2. Those requiring engagement of Clients and Third Party in an atmosphere devoid of conflict, for instance Financial Transactions, Loan syndication, Obtaining Government Approvals, Registration of Intellectual and Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions)

For all Instructions we forward a Legal Opinion on the matter. In this Legal Opinion, we review the facts, applying the law as it applies to the matter, reveal the options and advise on the appropriate option that will best protect the interest of the Client.

Depending on the nature of the Instruction, the Legal Opinion is either forwarded immediately before commencement or immediately after engagement of Adverse Parties. The Client is encouraged to question and seek clarification on issues raised in the Legal Opinion and we are able to give further advise and exposition as is required by Clients.

Each step of the way, we are able to respond to phone calls, emails and telephone calls on a 24 hours basis.
